Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Ankasa.com does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable. To process a return, follow the steps below for receiving your RMA.
If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. A RMA should be requested as follows:

Once you receive your RMA number, complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from outer package. We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. Ankasa.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Ankasa.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Ankasa.com.
